By accessing or using KaziGigs, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users in Zambia, Tanzania, and other jurisdictions where KaziGigs operates, and complies with applicable data protection laws including the Zambia Data Protection Act and Tanzania Personal Data Protection Act.

  • Communications: Messages between Clients and Service Providers, customer support inquiries, reviews, and feedback

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, search queries, job browsing history
  • Location Data: GPS coordinates (with permission), approximate location from IP address, service area preferences

  • Clients can see Service Provider profiles including name, location, skills, ratings, reviews, and portfolio
  • Service Providers can see Client names, job details, project requirements, and ratings
  • When a job is accepted, both parties receive contact information to coordinate work
  • Reviews and ratings are publicly visible on user profiles

4.2 With Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party service providers:

  • Payment Processors: MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, M-Pesa, TUNZAA, banks
  • Identity Verification: KYC/AML compliance and background check services
  • Cloud Hosting: Server and database providers
